Responsibilities:
- Become our resident CRM expert, mastering the platform to translate business needs into robust solutions.
- Partner with solution architects, project managers, and scrum masters to convert refined requirements into actionable engineering solutions. Provide accurate development time estimates and ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to craft solutions that align with our clients' business objectives and user stories.
- Conduct thorough unit tests, code reviews, and ensure seamless production deployments.
- Work alongside fellow developers and testers to deliver defect-free solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Actively participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Provide valuable technical support during presentations.
Requirements :
- Possess certifications, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in CRM development.
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Exhibit flexibility and a can-do attitude, always willing to go the extra mile to achieve project goals.
- Display a strong drive to learn and grow, enhancing both your technical and functional skill sets.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, effectively managing and analyzing data.
- Hold a completed bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Computer Engineer
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, Python, or a comparable programming language.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
- Elevate your profile with additional CRM certifications. We encourage experienced candidates with Architect expertise to apply.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of modern Salesforce practices, including Salesforce DX, JIRA, Copado, and more.
- Bring experience in overseeing a Salesforce implementation through the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
