Business Analyst (CRM - Pricing & CPQ)

We’re growing fast — and now we’re looking for a Business Analyst who wants to help shape the future of Pricing, CRM, Quoting, and commercial excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, plan work, and resolve issues.
• Translate customer needs into clear design documentation and solution proposals.
• Configure CRM/CPQ software based on best practices and project goals.
• Support project leaders with planning, scope management, and delivery tracking.
• Build demo environments and deliver user training that drives adoption and confidence.
• Troubleshoot issues together with domain and technical experts.
• Support customers through all project phases: kickoff, configuration, validation, and acceptance testing.
• Contribute to internal improvements, knowledge sharing, and team development.

What You Bring:

• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Effective communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues.
• Interest in both business strategy and technology.
• Basic understanding of SQL or similar query languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or other analytical fields.
• Passion for solving real customer problems and simplifying complex processes.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CRM, CPQ, Pricing, or Revenue Management concepts.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Java, C#, Python).
• Understanding of REST APIs or system integrations.
• Experience working with datasets, data flows, or dashboards.
• Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
• Fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related fields, providing a deeper understanding of technical concepts and advanced problem-solving techniques.

• Exposure to CPQ/Pricing domains.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Working in international or cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and tools (Jira, Salesforce DX, Copado, Git-based workflows).
